The second level offers the main living room, dining area, and the open plan fully equipped kitchen, along with a second bathroom.

The third floor is different between the two types of villas. In the first type, the third floor offers a spacious, internal mezzanine that overlooks the living room and serves as a second bedroom (one double bed).
